An Evening of Food, Music & Purpose
The Feed the Need Charity Dinner is GWIM’s flagship annual fundraiser. Every dollar raised goes directly to the Soup Kitchen, Food Pantry, Resource Center, and Kidz Club — four programs that together serve nearly 500,000 meals every year to families across Greater Waterbury.

What entertainment is planned?
DJ Quinn Mitchell provides music and dancing all evening. There will also be a limbo contest, photo booth, and raffles throughout the night. Bring cash for raffle tickets.
What are the sponsorship levels?
Platinum $7,500, Gold $5,000, Palladium $3,500, Silver $2,500, and Bronze $1,500. Platinum, Gold, and Palladium sponsors automatically receive a full-page program ad and a table of 10. Secure your sponsorship online at zeffy.com or email gwimsk@forhungry.com.
Can I buy a program book ad without sponsoring?
Yes. Program ads are available to anyone: Full Page B&W $300, Half Page $200, Quarter Page $150. Purchase through our sponsorship form at zeffy.com or email gwimsk@forhungry.com with your artwork.
Where does the money go?
Every dollar raised supports GWIM’s four core programs: the Soup Kitchen (free meals 7 days a week), the Food Pantry (monthly groceries for families), the Resource Center (housing, healthcare, benefits, and legal aid referrals), and Kidz Club (free summer program for children ages 6-12). Together these programs serve nearly 500,000 meals annually.
Is there a dress code?
Business casual or semi-formal. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Come as you are and enjoy a great evening for a great cause.
How do I submit my sponsor logo or ad artwork?
After completing your sponsorship purchase, email your high-resolution logo (PNG or SVG) and any program ad artwork (PDF, 300 DPI minimum) to gwimsk@forhungry.com. The GWIM team will follow up with specifications and deadlines.
Can I donate without attending?
Absolutely. You can donate online through GWIM’s Zeffy donation page, become a sponsor, or mail a check payable to GWIM to 770 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06702. Every contribution helps feed families in Greater Waterbury.
